The record that&#8217;ll get you safely through the rest of this Covid craziness.<\/p>\n<p>From full-throttle opener, \u201cDemi-God\u201d to sleazoid closer \u201cOne For The Road\u201d, \u201cPoor and Infamous\u201d is an ass-kicking classic. Think early &#8216;copters (obvs), think classic Motorhead and you&#8217;re almost halfway there. Where ever there is !?!<\/p>\n<p>Lead single \u201cAin\u2019t No Doubt\u201d is everything The Backyard Babies used to be, totally Total 13 and a bang on dyed in the wool classic. A face-fucking distorted onslaught.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSubterranean Twist\u201d reminds me of the early Scumbag singles (check out US compilation \u201cFast Track Big Pack\u201d if you missed them).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHighway Blues\u201d calls on those super sexy bass tones again. Not as full on as its \u201cPoor and Infamous\u201d bed fellows but it&#8217;s a tune that BYB would kill for.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTrouble City\u201d is pure Motorhead magic and \u201cDead Man\u2019s Hand\u201d ain&#8217;t no slacker either.<\/p>\n<p>Rounding things off with the aforementioned Sea Hags-tastic \u201cOne For The Road\u201d, \u201cPoor and Infamous\u201d is simply the bollocks.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-order the album <a href=\"https:\/\/scumbagmillionaire.bandcamp.com\/album\/poor-and-infamous\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Here<\/a>\u00a0on limited transparent magenta vinyl, regular black vinyl or on ye-olde traditional CD.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While you&#8217;re at it grab the US comp \u201cFast Track Big Pack\u201d along with debut album \u201cSpeed\u201d.
