However, in Cleveland, Ohio punk and hardcore scene veteran Derrick Green, Sepultura found a formidable, towering force that would lead the band with power and conviction through this new era of their career.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Sepulnation \u2013 The Studio Albums 1998 \u2013 2009\u2019, released through BMG on October 22<sup>nd<\/sup>, celebrates the bands seconds phase, and this five-album boxset (across eight slabs of vinyl or five CDs) contains the albums; Against, Nation, Roorback, Dante XXI and A-Lex, all of which are half speed cut, remastered and back on 180g vinyl for the first time in a decade and also as a collector\u2019s CD box.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the \u2018Roorback\u2019 album features the rare \u2018Revolusongs\u2019 EP, which is available for the first time digitally and saw the band celebrate their influences with covers of bands as musically broad as Devo, Exodus, U2 and Massive Attack!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can watch a new video of their version of Public Enemy\u2019s \u2018Black Steel In The Hour Of Chaos\u2019 from the \u2018Revolusongs\u2019 EP, available to stream and download on the pre-order link <a href=\"https:\/\/sepulturaband.lnk.to\/SepulnationPR\">HERE:<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Any fans who feared that this new line-up of Sepultura would see the band taming their intense and heavy approach were not left disappointed when \u2018Against\u2019 came out of the traps in 1998. With the powerhouse that is Iggor Cavalera still on drums (he remained for four of the five albums), Andreas Kisser\u2019s grinding guitars and bassist Paula Jr\u2019s heavy bottom end powered behind Derrick Green\u2019s guttural roar and Sepultura sounded heavier and more forceful than ever. This period would see the band continue to push their sound forward and challenge new sounds and styles, but they never lost sight of what was the core of the band.
