Originally recorded and produced by Sonny Bono “Laugh at Me” was Sonny Bono’s only hit song as a solo artist under the name Sonny back in 1965. Pete Stride from The Lurkers’ and John Plain of The Boys decided to play together and the result is the 1980 album ‘New Guitar in Town’. “Laugh At Me” is the only single from the album and was released in 1980. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
