The gang are back, just in time for summer. Perhaps ironically, it all kicks off with lead single \u2018Murder The Summer Of Love\u2019, a typically punchy but slick opener. \u2018Young Drunks, Old Alcoholics\u2019 if anything, would have been a better choice, hook-laden with a sleazy solo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Derelict Palace\u2019 is reminiscent of a mid-paced Lords song, especially the bass line and hanging chords. Here, Monroe has never sounded better, I have to wonder if he was thinking of Stiv at the time of recording. \u2018All Fighter\u2019 starts off like The Damned\u2019s \u2018Ignite\u2019, no bad thing, obviously. \u201cSing it all for the hopeless and rejected\u201d,  there\u2019s no resting on laurels just yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Everybody\u2019s Nobody\u2019 is the story of a \u201cCoulda been a contender\u201d musician. Hmm, I think a lot of us know the feeling. \u2018Antisocialite\u2019 is the inevitable, piano-led ballad, but, to his credit, cheesy cliches are avoided and it sounds like he means it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You might already have heard \u2018Can\u2019t Stop Falling Apart\u2019 via the video, another fine singalong number. \u2018Pagan Prayer\u2019 is a timely, full-speed-ahead rocker, bound to be great live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
