Following their rapturously received shows across the UK<\/strong> and Europe<\/strong>, Jim Jones All Stars<\/strong> have announced details of their debut single<\/strong> and live dates including a special Halloween hometown gig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018It\u2019s Your Voodoo Working\u2019<\/strong> \u2013 originally recorded by Charles Sheffield<\/strong> \u2013 is released on 7th<\/sup> October<\/strong> via Ako-Lite Records<\/strong> and will be available via all major download and streaming services. Recorded earlier this year at Memphis Magnetic Studios<\/strong> in Memphis, Tennessee<\/strong>, this thick slice of greasy R\u2019n\u2019B is fuelled by grinding rhythms, rude horns and augmented by guest vocalist Nicki Hill<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Says Jim Jones<\/strong>: \u201cExciting times! This will be first blood for both Jim Jones All Stars<\/strong> and Ako-Lite Records<\/strong> \u2013 and \u2018It\u2019s Your Voodoo Working\u2019<\/strong> is the perfect addition to any Halloween playlist.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To celebrate the release of \u2018It\u2019s Your Voodoo Working\u2019<\/strong>, Jim Jones All Stars<\/strong> will play a special Halloween show<\/strong> at the Walthamstow Trades Hall<\/strong> in London <\/strong>on Saturday, 29th<\/sup> October<\/strong>. This is the band\u2019s first indoor London headline show since February. With a license extension<\/strong> and after party<\/strong> until 1am<\/strong>, Jim Jones All Stars<\/strong> will be joined by variety of special guests. The full line up will be announced soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking of the gig, Jim Jones<\/strong> says: \u201cIt feels great to be back on home turf. The last London show sold out well in advance, so this time we\u2019ve got a bigger venue. It\u2019s a Saturday night and with buses and tubes running well after closing, this is going to be one hell of a Halloween!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
