Album opener \u2018How Are You Peeling?\u2019 owes more to early RFTC, with its off-kilter rhythm, and it has that magic that draws you in. \u2018Harbor Freight\u2019 is a straight ahead rocker that you will want to play on repeat, while \u2018Teen Hate\u2019 is like the very best Ramones songs, with a bittersweet edge and a Fab Four ending. \u2018Privacy\u2019 rattles along before \u2018Lost In Bermondsey\u2019 claims its place as one of John\u2019s best tunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Shock And Awe\u2019 is a groover that Jim Jones would surely approve of, that begs to be played live. Righteous stuff, indeed. \u2018Don\u2019t Wait\u2019 is a lesson in how to craft a canny pop song, complete with \u201cwoah, woah\u201d refrain, and \u2018Beware The Halo\u2019 brings the album to an end in style, if all too soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
