After months of speculation Babyshambles <\/strong>are delighted to announce their live return, after eleven long years, with ten shows this autumn and winter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The tour coincides with the 20th anniversary of Babyshambles\u2019<\/strong> much-loved, critically lauded debut album Down In Albion. <\/strong>Ittakes in a whole host of venues that were the scene of many of their previous triumphs: in Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham, Norwich, Plymouth and London\u2019s celebrated Brixton Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peter Doherty<\/strong>: \u201cIt\u2019s unfinished business and everywhere I go I get \u2018what\u2019s happening with the \u2018shambles.\u2019 It\u2019s a no brainer for me, a real desire to play some of them old tunes and have <\/em>a little shindig.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drew McConnell:<\/strong> \u201cThe death of Patrick (Walden) made us determined that we have to tour now.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
