Swedish fuzz merchants Truckfighters are back with a new collection of tunes, collectively called ‘Masterflow’. If you know anything about the band, you\u2019ll know that Josh Homme is a fan. Praise indeed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The band formed back in 2001 and released the stoner anthem – ‘Desert Cruiser’<\/em>, which propelled them into the hearts and minds of fans of all things fuzzy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Masterflow <\/em>is the band\u2019s first release in ten years, and it\u2019s been worth the wait. You know what to expect: Kyuss and Fu Manchu flavoured riffs, pounding drums, and drifting vocals. I can also pick up a Royal Blood tinged aftertaste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening track – ‘Old Big Eye’ gives my headphones a hammering, it sounds huge! Some tasty cowbell action, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
