RELOAD, REWIND & RECALL ROCK N ROLL<\/strong>\u00a0– Swedish glam boogie blue-eyed soul rockers\u00a0DIAMOND DOGS<\/strong>\u00a0are back to set things straight!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

After the loss of saxophone player and longtime band member Magic Gunnarsson (who died in a drowning accident 2014)\u00a0Sulo<\/strong>\u00a0and the rest of\u00a0DIAMOND DOGS<\/strong>\u00a0called it a day. They released the album \u201cQuitters & Complainers<\/strong>\u201d in 2015 and went on a farewell tour ending in Oviedo in October together with\u00a0Iggy Pop<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Since then\u00a0Sulo<\/strong>\u2019s been releasing 3 solo albums, working with\u00a0Chris Spedding<\/strong>,\u00a0Paul Young<\/strong>,\u00a0The Crunch<\/strong>\u00a0and the rest of the members been busy with other projects. During this time a lot of\u00a0DIAMOND DOGS<\/strong>\u00a0gig requests been dropping in from all over the world and when they found out that 4 of the 10 previous studio albums been out of stock for a long time and wasn\u2019t available as download they started to make a plan.<\/p>\n

Sulo<\/strong>\u00a0&\u00a0Honk<\/strong>\u00a0(Henrik Widen), the remaining original members thought it was time to set things straight and release \u201cthat\u201d compilation they\u2019ve been talking about for many years. One thing led to another and soon they had a plan and even some new tracks to blend up the compilation with.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u201cRECALL ROCK & ROLL<\/strong>\u201d (Cargo Records) will be a double album including 30 tracks. 25 old and 5 brand new songs. At the same time, Cargo Records will re-release 4 previous albums on Vinyl\/CD & download.<\/p>\n

The albums are: \u201cAs your greens turn brown<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cToo much is always better than not enough<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cThat\u2019s the juice I\u2019m on<\/strong>\u201d and the split album\u00a0\u201cAtlantic Crossover<\/strong>\u201d with legendary US Punk rock singer\u00a0Jeff Dahl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cRECALL ROCK & ROLL<\/strong>\u201d will be released in September\/October and\u00a0DIAMOND DOGS<\/strong>\u00a0planning to tour Europe.<\/p>\n
