Between them, they have done time with the likes of The Prefects, Gunfire Dance, Brian James, Walter Lure, The Godfathers and seminal Birmingham garage band, TV Eye, and been compared to The Stooges, Third World War, Pink Fairies and early Mot\u00f6rhead<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv2865195249gmail-m_-7409690515247014126gmail-yiv5270959097ydp40ddcf2fMsoNormal\">The trio\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">laid down the tracks in the band\u2019s lock up with engineer Simon Bishop and his Dragon Electric mobile studio.\u00a0<i>Vol 4<\/i>\u00a0serves up five band originals, plus a striking cover of Paisley Underground band Green On Red\u2019s \u2018Hair Of The Dog\u2019 from their classic 1985 album\u00a0<i>Gas Food Lodging<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv2865195249gmail-m_-7409690515247014126gmail-yiv5270959097ydp40ddcf2fMsoNormal\">\u201cAl and I are fans of Green on Red and thought that\u00a0\u2018Hair of the Dog\u2019\u00a0would sound great with a heavier treatment,\u201d says Birch. \u201cWe imagined a cross between Crazy Horse and Blue Cheer&#8230;\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv2865195249gmail-m_-7409690515247014126gmail-yiv5270959097ydp40ddcf2fMsoNormal\"><i><span lang=\"EN\">Vol 4<\/span><\/i><span lang=\"EN\">\u00a0is preceded by the single\/video \u2018Relentless\u2019\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QMs5CUaf1II?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div>\u201cWe\u2019d had<b>\u00a0\u2018<\/b>Relentless<b>\u2019<\/b>\u00a0for a while and recorded it for the debut album,\u201d explains Twist. \u201cBut it didn\u2019t feel right somehow, so we left it off.
