If there was a band synonymous with the infamous Sunset Strip it is\u00a0L.A. GUNS<\/strong>. Born into a scene that will never be replicated, L.A. GUNS rode alongside\u00a0Guns n\u2019 Roses, Ratt, Poison, Quiet Riot<\/strong>\u00a0and co. in one of the biggest movements in Music history!\u00a0Golden Robot Records<\/strong>\u00a0part of the\u00a0Golden Robot Global Entertainment Group<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0are extremely excited to announce the signing of Hollywood Rock Royalty\u00a0L.A. GUNS!<\/strong>\u00a0A new album\u00a0L.A. GUNS 2020<\/strong>\u00a0will be released next year!<\/p>\n

The band was formed in 1986 and signed with Polygram Records in 1987, recording their first album that summer. This first album, titled\u00a0L.A. Guns<\/strong>, went on to sell over 1,000,000 copies giving the band its first platinum award. Tours with\u00a0AC\/DC, Iron Maiden<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Def Leppard<\/strong>\u00a0followed. A compilation of the videos made from this first album also earned the band a gold video award. L.A. Guns went into the studio to record their second album,\u00a0Cocked and Loaded<\/strong>, in the spring of 1989. It was a hit right away with the release of\u00a0“Rip and Tear”<\/strong>\u00a0as the first single and video.\u00a0“Never Enough”<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0“The Ballad of Jayne”<\/strong>\u00a0followed, pushing the album toward platinum status once again. The video compilation from this album earned the band its second gold video award. A successful world tour followed. The band’s third album,\u00a0Hollywood Vampires<\/strong>, was recorded in the fall of 1990. With the release of\u00a0“Kiss My Love Goodbye”\u00a0<\/strong>as the first single and video, and another successful world tour, the album gave\u00a0L.A. GUNS<\/strong>\u00a0its third platinum in a row.<\/p>\n

Vicious Circle<\/strong>\u00a0was released in early 1995 and was followed by another successful world tour. In 1999, L.A. Guns went into the studio to record a greatest hits package titled\u00a0Black Beauties<\/strong>\u00a0that also included five new songs written for the album. In 2001, the band released its sixth studio album,\u00a0Man in the Moon<\/strong>\u00a0and in 2002 their 7th<\/sup>\u00a0Album\u00a0Waking The Dead\u00a0<\/strong>followed.<\/p>\n

After a 2003 world tour to support\u00a0Waking the Dead, L.A. GUNS<\/strong>\u00a0recorded\u00a0Rips The Covers Off<\/strong>\u00a0with producer Andy Johns. This was a collection of 70’s rock songs.\u00a0L.A. GUNS<\/strong>\u00a0began work on\u00a0TALES FROM THE STRIP<\/strong>\u00a0and it was released in August 2005. It received some stellar reviews and critical acclaim. A live CD,\u00a0Loud and Dangerous<\/strong>, was released late August 2006 with the band again supporting it with a world tour.<\/p>\n

In November 2011 the band signed their latest record deal with Cleopatra Records, releasing their tenth studio album\u00a0Hollywood Forever<\/strong>\u00a0in June 2012. The album was produced once again by veteran music producer, Andy Johns. The new record debuted at #25 on the Billboard Rock charts with the title track\u00a0“Hollywood Forever”,<\/strong>\u00a0and it was considered one of the best Hard Rock albums of 2012 by fans and critics alike, proving once again that\u00a0L.A. GUNS<\/strong>\u00a0were on top of their game with tracks like\u00a0“You Better Not Love Me”<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0“Sweet Mystery”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Now after some down time, the band has been reborn with the return of\u00a0Kelly Nickels<\/strong>\u00a0on bass,\u00a0Steve Riley<\/strong>\u00a0on drums,\u00a0Scotty Griffin<\/strong>\u00a0on guitar and\u00a0Kurt Frohlich<\/strong>\u00a0on lead vocals and guitar.<\/p>\n

With more than 30 years’ worth of noteworthy material, the band have proved to be true warriors of the 80’s genre and are geared to tear it up across the world giving audiences the high-octane Rock-n-Roll that is\u00a0L.A.
