‘In 1974 I was 10 years old, and a friend played me the Status Quo album ‘Hello’.  From the moment I heard Richard Parfitt play the opening riff to ‘Caroline’ I was hooked, nothing was ever the same again!  Those 70’s Quo albums have been the soundtrack of my life, and in my view, Richard Parfitt is one of the greatest guitar players ever!  So, at 60 years of age I thought it was high time I paid homage to the amazing Quo legacy.  I hope you enjoy our version of ‘Caroline’ as much as we’ve enjoyed making it.’
